APPROACH

Ad.IQ's approach is based on gaining a detailed understanding of a client’s organisational and business objectives, and then recommending ways the mobile can contribute to these. Increasingly this involves integrating the Ad.IQ platform with the business systems of an organisation, including CRM and marketing systems, call centres, fulfilment house and web infrastructure. We offer our customers a full range of service options including:

Managed services: Many clients opt for a fully managed service, where Ad.IQ's Account Management team implement an agreed mobile strategy and manage campaign activity. This involves day-to-day engagement with clients and co-ordination with nominated agencies.

Self service tool: Some clients opt to manage some or all of their mobile activity in-house. To facilitate this Ad.IQ provides self-service tools for managing in and outbound campaigns, and generating campaign reporting.

API Integration: For many mobile CRM activities, clients are looking to integrate with existing tools or call centre applications. For these types of solution an API is available providing access to the full functionality of the Ad.IQ platform.
