Workflow Engine: Ad.IQ's workflow engine automates and manages consumer dialogues. A library of steps is used to build a dialogue accessing messaging and validation services in the platform. Third party system can also be called, invoking business logic as part of a dialogue. The result is a flexible tool for building dialogues across multiple channels and different timescales.

Parsing Engine: A standalone application has been developed for parsing, validating, storing and augmenting data. This enables target data items to be identified using regular expressions and valid value lists before confirming with third party data suppliers. Leading data suppliers such as QAS, Experian, and Bing have been integrated for addressing and mapping capabilities in fifteen countries.
