The Ad.IQ platform supports sophisticated multi-channel customer dialogues that can combine any of the following:
SMS/MMS: Ad.IQ's carrier grade gateway uses both direct and in-direct on-shore connections to send and receive SMS/MMS. A full range of standard, premium rate, and charity short codes is available.
Voice: Ad.IQ's voice platform utilises Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Dual Tone Multi-frequency (DTMF), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text To Speech (TTS) to deliver intelligent call routing and callback applications. Full provisioning of local and non-geographical numbers is available and integrates seamlessly with a client's existing call centre, leveraging Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) where appropriate. The same tool set is used to deliver bespoke voice applications to clients.
MobileNet: Ad.IQ has developed a leading edge engine for serving content to mobile phones, taking advantage of the latest approaches to rendering content to devices, including those with JavaScript capabilities. Compatible content is rendered to thousands of different devices in line with handset capabilities.
Email: The Ad.IQ platform receives and sends emails as part of a consumer dialogue.
Web: A library of web widgets has been developed to enable and manage consumer response from an e-mail, banner, or can be enabled on an individual web page. Ad.IQ web widgets are driven by style sheets so the client can control look and are used to deliver information (e.g. callback or nearest details) to the consumer and data to the client.
API: Ad.IQ has developed a secure application programming interface (API) based on standard HTTP based communications that allows authorised third party systems to validate and store data, schedule messages (SMS, MMS, Email, Voice) and look-up consumer and interaction related data.
