Interfaces

• sFTP. Secure FTP sites (restricted by IP address and username password) are created for clients, allowing them to post data to Ad.IQ or collect data from Ad.IQ
• Web services. Ad.IQ receives, and can deliver data via RESTful and SOAP/XML based web services.
• Web Clients. Secure web sites are provided to clients enabling upload and download of data.
• Email. Receipt and automated delivery of data via e-mail is available.

Import Engine: Ad.IQ's Import Engine Is configured at campaign level to retrieve data files from sFTP/Email accounts and system directories, usually to initiate an outbound message. The software can be configured to manage any file and data format, to manage working hours, error thresholds and reporting. Opt-outs and duplicate records are managed by default. This facility minimises the work required by the client to provide data.

Export Engine: A standalone application has been developed for delivery data to clients. Data can be scheduled for transfer at any time and frequency via e-mail, sFTP or a web service. The engine can be configured to meet client requirements for file and data format. Default values, custom fields can be added.
