A former artist and one time President (of a Students Union), Paul joined Ad.IQ in 2004. In three years, he has successfully grown the technical team from 3 to 16 and pioneered the development of its unrivalled platform and its international roll-out. Looking ahead, Paul's mission is to lead the development of new functionality, a prospect he finds exciting due to the endless possibilities that exist.
Formerly head of technology at Ogilvy Interactive, Paul worked alongside James leading the development of digital solutions for brands. But were it not for his Masters in Information Systems Design, Paul may well have pursued his first degree and become a stained glass and mosaic artist.
