New Mobile Advertising Guidelines

To foster the uptake of mobile advertising by global brands and enhance and protect the customer’s experience, the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) has released its Mobile Advertising Guidelines. Tailored specifically for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the guidelines are designed to make it easier for marketers to develop mobile advertising campaigns and ensure there is consistency across mobile devices.

Yahoo! partners with 02 for mobile search

Web search company Yahoo! has signed a deal with 02 to exclusively feature its oneSearch product on the operator’s mobile internet portal 02 Active.

Vodafone has teamed up with MusicStation to go head to head with iTunes in the run up to Christmas. The new service will enable customers to download unlimited tracks from all major record labels while on the move, direct to one of their new handsets.
